‘Arte in Nuvola’ art collector’s fair in Rome, focus on Israel – Lazio

NAPLES – ‘Arte in Nuvola’, the international fair of modern and contemporary art, takes place from November 18 to 21 at Fuksas Cloud in EUR, with Israelis among its international guests.
The show was supposed to start with its first edition in May 2020, but it was postponed until this year.
It aims to become the point of reference for the collection in central and southern Italy, with the help of art historian Adriana Polveroni and the general management of Alessandro Nicosia.
All disciplines are represented, including painting, installations, sculpture, performance, video art, digital art and street art, bringing together the most important and renowned Italian and international galleries.
Israel is the guest country of the fair, with a dedicated pavilion that will host the “Israel Landscape” exhibition, sponsored by the Israeli Embassy in Italy and curated by Ermanno Tedeschi and Vera Pilpoul.
The works of 17 artists born or active in Israel and various regions of the world, testifying to the value of integration, will be on display, including works of sculpture, painting, photography and embroidery.
The fair will also host a series of lectures with guests from the art world, including one on Sunday November 21 at 4.30 p.m. with the great Israeli critic and scholar Gideon Ofrat, who will speak on the theme of the influences of Italian art on art.
The congress center is also expected to host Italian and international art galleries, which will feature important names and artistic movements as well as a program of special initiatives with installations and shows.
